McDougal Plant

RMF's McDougal Plant is 4 miles away from the Conestee Plant and consists of 30,000 sq. ft. of production space. 

This facility has two large capacity automated rack lines for acid chloride zinc and alkaline zinc iron plating.  Large capacity being defined as first being able to handle large parts and second being able to handle high volumes.

Current specialty in this facility is automotive plating on ductile iron casting and large stampings.

All processes at McDougal are free of hexavalent chrome. 

It also houses our salt spray lab and prototype research and development line.
