From the Top

Clifford D. Roy, CEO of Roy Metal Finishing, holds a metallurgical engineering degree from the University of Kentucky. He has been CEO of Roy Metal Finishing since Sept. 15, 2006 and has been active over the years on the local and national levels of the American Electroplating and Surface Finishing Association (AESF) and the National Association of Metal Finishers (NAMF). He has observed plating processes throughout the United States and Europe and to this day considers electroplating his hobby.

The blog site wasn't for me!  So now I'm back on our new website and hope to continue rambling  "From the Top".

We had great times "on and off" the field as they say.  Business was profitible.  Lean manufacturing is working.  The vital signs at each work station show continuous improvement.

Our associates enjoyed the Christmas party and received Christmas bonuses.  The Supremes appeared and sang their famous song "Stop in the name of Zinc!".     The girls did their thing!                




Our thanks goes out to Danny Hand for providing the music and karaoke.

RMF received three awards from WCRSA,  one  ward "Compliance Excellence Award' for each plant and one award for "Pollution Prevention" at the McDougal plant......no hexavalent chrome.
