Conestee Plant
RMF's Conestee plant is 65,000 square feet with eleven automatic hoist lines. This facility has barrel and rack machines plating zinc, zinc nickel, zinc cobalt and tin zinc.
The Conestee facility also has lines for phosphating and passivating as well as hydrogen embrittlement relief, off line passivates/sealers/topcoats, sorting and packaging.
The Conestee facility focuses mainly on smaller parts - both rack plated and barrel plated. Screw machine parts, cold headed parts, stampings, small forgings and castings.
Our Conestee based trucking operation offers pickup and delivery within a 250 mile radius of the plant with our three 60,000 pound gross capacity trucks.
